He is survived by: his wife Angela Maria Mallard of Grant, Idaho; his children, Cassie Bowen (Scott) of Garfield, Crystal Loveless (Curtis) of Kuna, Mandy Moore (Derek) of Rigby, Brian Batt (Vanessa) of Sugar City and Rachel Batt of Grant, Idaho; and his siblings, Ramona Marshall (Gary) of Osgood, Doyle Batt (Karen) of Coltman, Alan Batt (Millie) of Grant and Nancy Anderson (Ken) of Thornton, Idaho.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
