It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Blaine Owens of Rigby, Idaho, who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reed Dewain and Nelda Darlene Montague Owens; his wife Teri Lynn Hall; his siblings, Monte, Max and Gayle; and his daughter Melissa.
He is survived by: his children, Audra Fell (Steve) of Idaho Falls and Jessie Owens (Lisa) of Idaho Falls; and his brother Dave Owens (Kathy) of Idaho Falls. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
