He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal C. Bills and Verla Ann Smith Bills; his son Clinton L. Bills; and his siblings, Aldon C. Bills, Elwin L. Bills and Carol A. Deary.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Bills; and his children, Karla Tate (Frank), Jeff Bills (Jennie) and Lorilee Thornton (Kraig). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
