He is survived by : his grandchildren, Yellowstone Park and Palisades; his wife VaLeta Cunningham; his children, Kathy Anderson (Doug), Rigby, Val (Ricki) of Centerville Utah and Don (Marcee); and his siblings, Tom Cook, Roger Cook, Bruce Cook, Sybil Morris, Carolyn Groesbeck and Donna Vadnais.
