He was predeceased by: his parents, Cruz Magana Ramirez and Maria L Del Basquet Ramirez; his son Richard Ramirez (Harley); and his sister Julia Hernandez (Alfred Hernandez). He is survived by: his foster daughter Maryanne; his wife Maryanne Ramirez of Rigby, Idaho.; his children, Lorianne Gutierrez (Bernardo) of San Diego, Charlene Grant (Ben Tofa) of Rigby, Anna Ramirez of Huntington Beach, Christine Pelfrey (Rich) of East Vale, Alexis Ramirez of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Robert James of Rigby, Eugene Ramirez (Kelly) of Fountain Valley, Ronald James of Rigby, Chris Ramirez (Jyll) of Huntington Beach and Loren Grant of Rigby; his sister Bertha Deleon of Ridgecrest, California; and his granddaughter Kimberly James.
