As we bid adieu to Frances Jeanette's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Frances Jeanette has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Franklin Petersen and Treva Lee Petersen; and her former husband Gene Adrian Radford. She is survived by: her husband Kerry Burke Sparks of Rigby, Idaho.; her brother Dennis Wayne Petersen; her brother-in-law Edwin Bloxham; and her nephew Kevin Bloxham. She is also survived by Thirty-four grandchildren, ninety-eight great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Clark LDS Ward Chapel (198 North 4300 East, Rigby, ID 83442).
