He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Leslie Howe and Lela Lois Hawker; his significant other Joyce Comeal Olson; his siblings, Sharon Madison Hill, Dean Howe, Leslie Howe, Monty Howe and Lynn Howe; his son-in-law Bob Guinn; and his grandchildren, Jacob Thayne Howe, Hope Nacole Wilkinson and Faith Lorraine Wilkinson.
He is survived by: his children, Nedra Joyce Webster of Rigby Idaho, Gina Lorraine Guinn of Ririe Idaho, John Thayne Howe Jr., Falls and Lynn James Howe (Amy). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
