She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Boyce Lundquist; her sister Karen Ann Bingham; her sister-in-law Denise Watson Lundquist; and her husband Mark Jay McDonald. She is survived by: her mother Karen Annette Armstrong Lundquist of Swan Valley, ID; her children, Julie, Annie Lynne Burbank (Chase) of Logan, UT and Adam Mark Kenneth McDonald of Layton, UT; her brothers, Mark Lundquist, Bruce Lundquist (Becky), David Lundquist (Coleen), Kent Lundquist (Judy) and Jack Walker (Tiffany); and her grandsons, Cole, Noah, Beau and Leo.
