He is survived by: his wife Laurie Woodhouse (Woodhouse); his children, Shad Burnside, Tara Burnside, Kelly Burnside Jr., Danielle Hogan (Travis) and Travis Burnside (Shalene); his grandchildren, Kyerstie, Kody, Keeley, Kyndee, Thanis, Aryanna, Lily, Jerom, Zac, Kirsten, Beau, Kylee, Kyra, Jenna, Killian and Kolter; and his siblings, Loyd Burnside, Peggy Phillipp (John), Tamara Waters (Dennis), Cindy Hill (Vance), Toni O'Brien (late David) and Jeremy Burnside (Bri). He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
