He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles "Jerry" Dansie (Jerry) and Alta Fransen; and his siblings, Don, Brent and Lana.

He is survived by : his wife Betty Dansie; his children, Raelinn Segali (Rich) of Boise, Todd Dansie (Misty) of Rigby, Tracy Linde (Jarom) of Winter Garden and Andrew Dansie (Angela) of St. Anthony; and his brothers, Robert Dansie (Kathy) and Layne Dansie (Nova). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
