He is survived by: his son Frosty William Frame (Andrea) of Rigby, Idaho; his sisters, Echo Hall (Kenny) of Homedale, Sierra Sue Frame of Boise, Idaho and Flint Frame (Natalie) of Kuna, Idaho.; and his grandchildren, Dillon Randall, Zach Randall, Kyle Frame (Ashley) and Wyatt Frame (Megan). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
