The passing of Shon Jay Barnes of Rigby, Idaho leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 8, 2025 at the age of 55. He was predeceased by: his brother Mick; and his grandparents, Ernest, Ruth Barnes, Milton and Ardell Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Teena Taylor; his children, Dalton (Michelle), Taylor (Cesar) and Bridger (Raschel); his parents, Ray Barnes (Tina) and Judy Bridges (Nathan); and his siblings, Shane (April), DeEtte and Jeramie. He is also survived by his six grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holbrooke Stake Center (196 N 4000 E, Rigby, ID 83442).
