Russell Lenell McLaws Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Lenell McLaws (Riggins, Idaho), born in Merced, California, who passed away peacefully , on October 9, 2022, at 9:15 am, at the age of 69, To rest his head in the room that God had prepared for him.
He was survived by his daughter, Shasta McLaws, in Jerome ID., his Aunt Fern, in Burley, ID., James Gifford in Twin Falls ID., and his 8 yr. companion, Sandra Wicker in Riggins, ID. He also had a very large loving family, extending from Burley to Kuna and beyond. Way too many precious loved ones to note (please forgive me).
His working trade was in auto, body repair, and designing jewelry. He was a very kind and very gentle man, willing to help anyone who ask. He donated much of his time in the food bank in Burley. After moving to Riggins, donating his time at Riggins One Stop, to make Sandra’s job there a little easier. He was just a kind helpful man. He will be missed by many!
At this time there are no definite plans in place for his Celebration of Life. There will be 2, one down South, and one in Riggins, Sometime in Mid Spring, for traveling purposes.
