He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Alton and Mary Francis Dunlap (Bailey); and his grandmother Bailey. He is survived by: his former wife Zena Whitworth; his wife Vicky Lowe; his children, Luke (Debbie Lowe), Layton (Mindy Lowe), Jed (Erin Lowe), Dwight (Lorinda Hughes) and Neil (Valerie Parish); Neil Parish. He is also survived by Grandkids, Great-Grandkids, Brothers and Sisters-in-law and a multitude of Nieces and Nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Riggins Cemetery (2223 Cemetery Rd, Riggins, ID 83549). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Salmon River Community Church (1102 Main St, Riggins, ID 83549).
