He is survived by: his children, Brenda Hulse (Nathan Ward) of Charlotte, NC, Rick Hulse (Emma) of Idaho Falls, ID, Terry Hulse (Diane) of Irwin, ID and Scott Hulse (Holly) of Mud Lake, ID. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
