He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant H. Belnap and Helen Shirley Belnap. He is survived by: his brothers, Tyrone and Bryant Belnap; and his sons, Scott Belnap (Angela), Doug Belnap (Samantha), Blair Belnap (Becky) and Nick Belnap.
