He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Guadalupe Perez and Aurora Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Perez; his children, Francisco M. Perez Jr., Federico M. Perez (Dalila), Fidel Angel M. Perez and Erendira M. Perez; his grandchildren, Lenna, Anyssa, Federico Jr., Francisco III, Aleera, Alaina, Ariez Perez, Jason, Jasmine and Julian Rojas; and his siblings, Luis Perez (Maria Trancito), Sabina Razo (Ramon), Bernardo Perez (Sofia), Guadalupe Toribio (Francisco), Donaciano Perez, Amelia Duran (Rafael) and Javier Perez (Lupe). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and god children.
