He was predeceased by: his father Donald Lee Baltzell. He is survived by: his wife Irene Baltzell of Rupert Idaho; his mother Patricia Baltzell; his siblings, Dean Baltzell, Linda Broadhurst and Joanne Levin; and his sons, Brandon and Nick Baltzell.
