He was predeceased by : his parents, Philip Snow Sr. and Lillian Marie Manning Snow of San Francisco, California.. He is survived by : his brother Philip Richard Snow Jr.; his nephews, Elijah Snow of Heyburn and Scott Snow of Rupert; and his great-nephew Philip Snow III of Rupert.
