He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Tegan and Lucille Burgess Tegan; his brother Blaine; his daughter Tracy; and his grandson Tyler Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Pack; and his sons, Treg (KayLynn), Micheal (Christy), Brandon, Matthew and Ryan (Jerri). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
