He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Blakeslee and Helen Blakeslee. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Blakeslee and Jenny Lee; his wife Sharon Blakeslee; and his children, Shawn Blakeslee (Nicki), Christina Rolfe and Jami Hollahan (Jim).
