She was predeceased by: her parents, Patty Winningham and Wally Winningham. She is survived by: her children, Jared and Chase (KD); her grandchildren, Jaden, Bailey, Jaylee, Jordyn and Hagen; her great grandchildren, Ophelia, Ozias and Luca; her husband Bill Blair; her siblings, Danny (Theresa Winningham) and Stacey Marie Winningham; her aunt Diane; and her uncle Lonny Anderson (Cindy). She is also survived by her five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
