He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Cooper and Cecil Gladys Hall Cooper; and his significant other Myrna Teal Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Danny, Debi, Vince, Jerry, Kevin and Billy; his stepdaughter Connie; and his siblings, Bill, Larry and Kathryn. He is also survived by his 3 children and four stepchildren. 9 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
