He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Lowery and Lola Lowery; and his siblings, Michael Lowery, Nanette Neff and Deborah DeSaulniers.
He is survived by : his wife Mavis Lowery of Sagle, ID; his children, Mindy Isom (Jeff) of Boring, OR and Jamie Lowery (Trish) of Richmond, TX; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Kyle, Owen, Elise, Gabriel, Ella Isom, Gisele and Miles Lowery; and his sister Patti Lowery of Shoreline, WA..
