Iris H Hathaway Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Iris H Hathaway (Saint Anthony, Idaho), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 9, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Iris may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Iris touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alfred Howard and Rachel Elnora Thompson Howard; her husband Elmo R. Hathaway; her daughter Marsha Bates (Hathaway); her son-in-law Larry Bates; and her granddaughter Teletha Lambert (Hathaway). She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
Her contribution to the students and staff at Ricks were recognized on several occasions through the years.
