She is survived by: her husband Roy Higgins; her son Waylon Higgins (Jenell) of Emida; her siblings, Mary McCoy of Fairbanks, Elizabeth McCoy Olsen of Juliaetta, Burtrum "Bud" Sypher of Latah, Willis "Cheetah" McCoy of Spokane and Laura Fosness (Gary) of Sandy, Utah; her grandchildren, Dakoda Higgins, Chris Sams (Jasmine), Jacob Sams, Colton Higgins, William Higgins, Katie Hayes (Tim) and Jaramiah Higgins; and her great grandchildren, Skylar, Everly, Jarad, Phoenix, Jace, Robbie, Rocky and Cooper. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
