He is survived by: his children, Judy Thormahlen (Keith), Linda Andersen (Matt), Dianne Johnson (Scott Crockard) and John Johnson (Shirley). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
The family requests, donations to the Shriner's Children's of Spokane, St. Maries Masonic Lodge No. 63 Building Fund, or the Auburn Crest Hospice in Hayden.
