He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Witten and Lillie Witten; and his siblings, Jesse Witten, Minnie Witten, James Witten, Walter Witten and Wilda Witten.
He is survived by: his wife Milinda; his children, Bill Witten (Bonnie) of Lancaster, CA, Linda Correia (Harvey) of Sacramento, CA and James Witten (Cindi) of Sacramento, CA; and his stepchildren, Lorraine Randall of Oklahoma City, OK and Timothy Randall Jr. of Carson City, NV. He is also survived by 3 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; and 2 nieces.
