She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Foster and Nellie Foster; her husband Bud; her sister Leta Fauver; and her grandson Joseph.

She is survived by : her children, Joe Johnston (Sharlyn) of St. Maries, ID and Sue Beary of Hayden, ID; her siblings, Patti Sloan (Lanny) of Salmon, ID and Steve Foster (Alice) of Navarre, FL.; and her grandchildren, James Beary (Mischa), Heather Ryan (Sean), Cynthia Frost (Mike), Barbara Heiniger (T. J.), Greg Johnston (Karen), Isaac Johnston (Cassie) and Alex Johnston. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
