He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Gleason and Alice Gleason (Goss); his grandson Matthew Hossfeld; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Hossfeld and Kaden Hossfeld.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Smalley; his daughters, Debbie (Danny Barden), Brenda (Jim Fosdick) and Donna (David Nitcy); his grandchildren, Derek, Jeremy (Dani), Amy (Anton), Cameron (Linds), Raymond and Shalina; and his great grandchildren, Jett, Gracie, Jaelyn, Vanner, Kylee, Aubree, Mikayla, Raymond, Cheyanna and Jonathan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The military honors was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (17599 ID-5, St Maries, ID 83861).
