He was predeceased by : his parents, S. B. Miller and Vivian Miller (Alexander); his daughter Kimberly Miller; his sister Fay Cook (Bill); and his son-in-law Mike Murray.
He is survived by : his wife Kay Lunsford; his daughters, April Miller Murray of Trabuco Canyon, CA and Nora Cook (Michael) of Coeur; and his siblings, Bert Miller (Pat) of St. Maries, ID, Cindy Schultz (Mike) of Santa, ID and JoAnn Alterton (Richard) of Post Falls, ID. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
