He is survived by: his wife Kay Lunsford; his daughters, April Miller Murray of Trabuco Canyon, CA and Nora Cook (Michael) of Coeur; and his siblings, Bert Miller (Pat) of St. Maries, ID, Cindy Schultz (Mike) of Santa, ID and JoAnn Alterton (Richard) of Post Falls, ID. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
