He was predeceased by: his parents, Hesley Mullins and Virginia Mullins (Mosley). He is survived by: his children, Lezle Mullins Vaughn and Travis Mullins; his brothers, Ray Mullins, Dennis Mullins and Steve Mullins; Jeanie Albrecht (Mullins), Jennifer Mullins and Montana. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
