He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jason Bouse and Lottie Rose Bouse; his wife Barbara Weisz; his son John Bouse; his brother Lee Bouse; and his grandson Matthew Ryan Bouse.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Hobday (John) and Renee Gaddis (Chris); his grandchildren, Sarah Velez (Harry), Brian Hobday (Janina), Brenda Gaddis, Nick Gaddis (Jordan Sewell), Caleb Gaddis (Chey Sandlin) and Mark Bouse; his great grandchildren, Mia, Remy, Kylie, John, Lizzie and Bridger; his siblings, Dan Bouse (Janet) and Jonalea Hanson (Bryan); and his caregiver Troy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
