“Jeff was the most kind, loving and funny person. We met in 1999, I used to listen to him on local games on AM radio. We remained the best of friends and loved each other very much, we always had so much fun together at my house or around town. I just learned of his passing due to my own health issues. We last spoke just 6 months before his passing. I will forever love and miss him and cherish all the times we spent together, he gave the most amazing hugs that made any of my worries disappear.”
