We announce the death of Joyce Albert of Sandpoint, Idaho, who passed away on September 17, 2026, at the age of 91. Joyce will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Emmerson and Ruby Emmerson of Peshastin, Wash.; her husband Harold Albert; her daughter Marcia Albert; her folks, Raymond, Madeline Morrison and Richard Morrison; her sisters, Nona Gere (Ole), Betty Watkins (Jerry) and Dolly Kerr (Art); and her daughter-in-law Jona Albert (Szprejda).
She is survived by: her children, Allen Albert (Brenda) of Sandpoint, Roy Albert (Sharon) of Sandpoint, Ed Albert of Sagle and Ruby Kuprienko (Nick) of Priest River; and her brother Warren Emmerson (Bud). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 5:00 PM and on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Lakeview Funeral Home (301 S Olive Ave, Sandpoint, ID 83864).
