He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Michael Ramko and Anna Bianco Ramko; his children, Elizabeth Kelley (Steve) of Sandpoint and Christopher Robert (Kay) of Newport Beach, CA.; his wife Jane Irene Kelley; his grandchildren, Douglas Koster (Britney) of Bend, OR and Natalie Koster of Sandpoint; and his great grandchild Aubrey Jane Koster of Bend, OR..
