He was predeceased by : his parents, LaRue Brown and Richie Brown; and his sister Chloe. He is survived by : his wife Shirley Brown; and his children, Carri Morgan (Charlie) of Sandpoint, ID, Kevin Brown (Leanne) of Hayden, ID, Jamie Shepard (Ryan) of Redding, CA, Ryan Brown of Redding, CA and Stephen Brown, Jr. of Sandpoint. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
