He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Carpenter McKinney and Wade McKinney; his wife Vickie McKinney; his sons, Brian McKinney and Robert McKinney; his sister Ivalee Pratt; and his cousin Raymond McKinney.
He is survived by: his daughter Malina McKinney of Shelley, ID; and his stepdaughter Lacie McKinney of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Wood Funeral Home & Crematory - Ammon (963 S Ammon Rd, Ammon, ID 83406). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Wood Funeral Home East Side (963 S Ammon Rd, Ammon, ID 83406).
