He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenard Grant Smith and Joyce Alene McCarty Smith; and his daughter Jaime Lee Smith. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Smith of Shelley, ID and Stephanie Larsen (Matt) of Ammon, ID; and his siblings, Gary Smith (Lois) of Sandy, UT, JoAnn Barney (Doyle) of Rigby, ID, Machelle Smith of Idaho Falls, ID, Kim Smith (Gina) of Idaho Falls, ID and Kevin Roberts (Janet) of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
