She is survived by: her husband Joe Phillips; her siblings, Deola Matsura, Nelda Cowley, Vicki Mecham, Dennis, Von and Reed (Marsha); and her children, Kip (Brenda), Kevin, Kelly, Kasey and Kathy Maxwell. She is also survived by many family members including 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
