She was predeceased by: her parents, Lola Erma and Darwin; and her husband David (Provo). She is survived by: her sister Terry; her family, Kenley, Darin, Kara and Darci; and her child Kerry. She is also survived by her six children as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
