He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Waggoner and Joyce Waggoner; and his brother Walter Wayne Waggoner. He is survived by: his sisters, Lora Longhurst (Jeanette) and Faye Olsen (Brent); his children, Dillon Waggoner, Miranda Whitehead (Garrett) and Lauren Sawyer (Jonah); and his grandson Liam Sanchez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Nalder Funeral Home (110 W Oak St, Shelley, ID 83274). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at the Cache Clawson Cemetery.
