He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Miles and Eva Taylor Miles (Taylor); his siblings, Judy Ann Miles and Clair; and his sister-in-law Carole.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Miles; his siblings, Maxine Wareing (Arlin) and Jan Miles (Debbie); and his children, Lisa Caldwell (Troy) and Ryan Miles (Pam). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Hawker Funeral Home (132 S Shilling Ave, Blackfoot, ID 83221). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Before the Alzheimer's diagnosis he battled prostate and bladder cancer for many years with dignity.
