It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Spence William Cowley of Shelley, Idaho, who passed away on October 17, 2022, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Shasta; his grandparents, Jim, Melba Bazil, Doree' Cowley (Sally), Deanna Cowley and Bruce Rockwood; and his father-in-law Richard RockwoodHe (Doc).
He is survived by: his parents, John Cowley and Diana Cowley of Shelley; his daughter Taylor Rockwood of Idaho Falls; his wife Joy Cowley of Shelley; his son Dalton "Peanut" Cowley of Shelley; his siblings, Shiloh (Gibson) of Delta, Mikayla (Kellen) of Roberts, Mariah Cowley Falls of Idaho and Koltin Cowley (Skye) of Shelley; his grandfather Julian Cowley of Idaho; his sister-in-law Hidy Rockwood of Rigby; his mother-in-law Lois Rockwood of Idaho Falls; and his stepfather Robert Morton of Idaho Falls. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
