He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Dial and Esther Dial; his wife Connie; and his siblings, Gloria Cunningham, Derena Ricks, Joyce Driscoll and Earl Dial.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dave, Dixie Stewart, Mary Polson, Jane Cottrell, Jolene Smallwood, Lois Fletcher and Inis Landon; and his children, Jay (Julia) of Burley, Idaho, Janet (Bruce Fenton) of Cody, Wyoming, Steve (Pauline) of Boise, Idaho and Brent (Shereen) of Shelley, Idaho.. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 61 great-grandchildren.
