Dell will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Laurence Clifford and LaVera Ellen Packer; his wives, Betty Rose Bollar and Venna Mae Calderwood; and his siblings, Jack, Fern, Ruth and Laura.
He is survived by: his sons, Russell John Clifford, Richard James Clifford (Laurence) and Laurence Jacinto Clifford; and his sister Marie Jane "Janie" Marshall. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shoshone LDS Ward Chapel (507 N Greenwood St, Shoshone, ID 83352). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
