He is survived by: his wife Nora; his son Ron Horn (Sara) of Florida; his grandchildren, Anya, Riley and Kendal; his son Tim Horn (Debbie) of Spirit Lake; his grandchildren, Andrew, Dakota, Hunter, Adaya, Ryker and Avery; and his siblings, Lois Martin, Carol Rakes of California and Edward Horn of Oregon. He is also survived by many extended family members including cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
