The memory of Nelda Kay Helmick of Star, Idaho, who passed away on August 24, 2025 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her father Forrest Oneal Lawrence; her husband Bud; her mother Dorothy Lawrence; her siblings, Margie Lawrence Murdock and Dennis Lawrence (Jack); and her grandsons, Shea Helmick and Michael Harrison.
She is survived by: her sisters, Carol Spoor (Jake), Jane Miller (Mike) and Joyce Cambron (Scott); and her children, Sheree Coles (Ric) of Nampa, Idaho, Neil Helmick (Sandy) of King Hill, Idaho, Walter Helmick (Cozette) of Sweet, Idaho and Shawna Kubitschek (Tim) of Boise, Idaho. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
