He was predeceased by: his parents, Lane Paskett and Melba Lyons Black. He is survived by: his wife Kay Price Black; and his children, Alane McLing (Travis), DeAnna Stallings (Rik), Wendy Rasmussen (Heath), Kent Black (Mariam), Kyle Black (Mignon) and Mark Black (Cassie). He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
