He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Delbert Spangle and Audrey Ardell Snider. He is survived by: his wife Colina Spangle; his siblings, Jack D. Spangle, Jr. (Jeri Spangle) and Judy Thorton; and his children, Jennifer Holcomb (Lance Holcomb), Richard Spangle (Megan Spangle) and Heather Morris. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
